THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION - JOB IS LOCATED ONSITE IN WILLCOX, ARIZONA Summary: The Information Technology Service Desk Analyst is responsible for assistance in maintaining Information Technology (IT) resources in the Hospital including workstations and related peripherals, network infrastructure, copiers/printers/FAX, applications and telecommunications.
This includes configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and end user support and training.
Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
This person must have up beat aptitude, work alongside other team members, problem solve and deliver the highest quality customer service.
Requires the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others including physicians, nurses, administrators, managers, vendors, and other health care industry personnel.
Reports to: Information Technlogy Executive Director or designated administrator.
Non-Exempt / Hourly - Entry Level Special Conditions: Must be able to work weekend, holidays and share call rotations.
Interviews will take place after resumes have been screened for minimum requirements.

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED A+ Hardware & Software, MCSA Windows 10 or equivalent certifications a plus.
Two years of experience in a technology role that provided a background in general Windows desktop/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnosis and repairs.
Experience in network infrastructure including implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
Experience with user management technologies like Active Directory, LDAP, SSO etc.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to carry out assigned service requests and maintenance tasks with the need for limited supervision.
Principles, practices, and techniques in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of workstations, peripherals, network infrastructure, printers and other related hardware and software issues.
Strong knowledge in operating system and common application knowledge (web browsers, Microsoft Office, Adobe etc.
) General knowledge in network infrastructure to troubleshoot and solve common network/internet related issues.
Troubleshoot and diagnose severity of network problems and make repairs with little or no assistance.
Knowledge in VOIP phones and related telecom infrastructure.
General familiarity with desktop printers.
Ability to resolve common issues both hardware and software related.
General familiarity with A/V systems like smart TVs, digital display systems/kiosks, audio/paging and related systems.
Make decisions and resolve problems; seek out information and data to evaluate, prioritize and formulate best solution or practice.
Knowledge of HIPAA privacy requirements Willingness to work a flexible schedule, as needed.
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and work independently with limited supervision.
Strong customer service skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive communication skills; ability to successfully interact with all customers; continuous demonstration of courteous, cooperative and service orientated behavior.
