This house is located in Baja California just south of Loreto.
A small gated community called Tripui.
It sets next to a beautiful harbor called Puerto Escondido.
The house sets on the southwest corner of the park with a spectacular view of The Sierra de la Giganta mountain range.
Most houses are set on 2 lots with an adjacent lot for a carport as is this house.
There are an additional 3 lots attached that I purchased after building my house.
My idea was to either add on or just keep so I would have extra privacy with unobstructed views of the mountains.
I also wanted to go up with a deck for the view.
As it stands now the 3 lots have a Bodega/workshop and 3 storage sheds with tons of parking.
There are 4 sea kayaks, freezer for bait, and all my tools in this area.
