Pam’s impressive body of work includes serving as Art Director with The Companies of Nassal, to oversee the 300+ artists that brought The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — Hogsmeade to life at Universal Studios Orlando.
Although her new projects are highly confidential, her initial staffing of artists is being drawn from Roost residents.
We anticipate continued growth of the arts and craft industry on-site in order to build a lucrative economic model for the future.
WE CONTINUE TO ADD AMENITIES! Our new Raku Pottery Kiln Pits are complete! If you’ve always wanted to try sculpting pottery – now’s your chance! The new Gathering Center Pod now serves as a meeting venue, center for trade and gallery for artistic display! There is no HOA, but there is a $26.
25 Monthly Maintenance Fee per residential unit to cover the cost of well pump electric and maintenance of the water/commercial septic system.
Water, central garbage collection and community Wi-Fi is at no additional cost.
Leaseholders may rent their Sites when not in use in order to potentially generate income.
