Argus Professional Storage Management is hiring for a *Assistant* *Property Manager* at a self-storage facility in Nogales, AZ.
Storage experience preferred, but not required.

*_ This position is Full-Time with a consistent work schedule: *Monday and Saturday : 9AM - 6PM* *WHAT WE OFFER:* * STARTING AT $16.
00/HR * Competitive Pay Rates + Bonus/Commission Opportunities * Immediate Accumulation of Vacation & Sick Pay * Paid Major Holidays * Career Advancement for Dedicated Employees *WHAT OUR ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGERS DO:* * Manage the day-to-day operations at the facility * Work closely with the Property Manager & District Manager on operational needs * Assess, Showcase, and Fulfill Rental Agreements with New Tenants * Maintain Tenant Accounts and Delinquencies * Maintain Interior and Exterior Facility Appearance and Cleanliness * Process and Deliver Packages to Tenants * Assist in Growth and Development of the facilities metrics * Meet and Exceed Operational Standards * Receive and sort Mail/Packages for tenants * Keep record of all shipments * Deliver packages to storage units * Work with tenants to resolve shipping issues * Keep up-to-date account information with tenants This position includes all aspects of property management including, but not limited to, the use computer software programs, responding to inquiries in a professional manner, communicating with the corporate office, making business decisions, reconciling receipts, following lien procedures, and printing/interpreting of facility reports.
