*About The Role:* Via Elegante Assisted Living is seeking to hire LPNs and Certified Caregivers with Medication Administration experience who are looking for a leadership role in a supportive and professional healthcare environment.
As a Med-Tech at Via Elegante, you will be responsible for administering medication and effectively leading and coordinating up to four caregivers across two units to provide quality and compassionate care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
The ideal candidate for this position will be able to professionally interface with other healthcare professionals, respectfully uphold and teach high standards of care to those they lead, and accurately administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
If successful in this position, there are multiple avenues to grow professionally at Via Elegante.
_We currently have daytime and overnight shifts available with pay starting between $22.
00-$24.
00/hr with up to 8 hours of scheduled guaranteed overtime per week in select positions ($41,000/yr-$64,000/yr).
