Amentum is currently seeking a Training Developer (Specialist) to join our team at Fort Huachuca, AZ in support of our customer, Project Manager Intelligent Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A).
This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday) that will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.
There will be flexibility around the core hours, with travel occurring outside of normal core hours.
This position is expected to travel up to 25% to include within the continental United States and outside of the United States.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop training for Military Intelligence systems IAW AR 350-1 and TRADOC Regulations 350-70.
Develop intelligence products at various echelons.
Validate and verify training support packages (TSPs).
Develop training materials in accordance with the ADDIE model: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate; and other Army training databases.
Update Training Development Capability (TDC).
Develop/maintain/update Interactive multimedia Instruction, eLearning and Web Based Training content.
This includes but is not limited to Soldier Training Packages (STP), Training Support Packages (TSP) and Programs of instruction in Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) approved format, for all current and future PM IS&A approved systems.
Electronic training applications such as video teleconferencing and computer-based training shall be employed to enhance the effectiveness of training materials and courses when cost-effective.
Create help videos, quick reference guides, and other material as required to support the user to maintain proficiency.
Conduct Instructor and Key Personnel Training (IKPT) events.
Conduct quality control reviews on training content before delivery.
Foster a positive relationship within the Pd & PdM, as well as vendors, software engineers, and outside stakeholders.
Attend various meetings related to the software/hardware development cycle and help to identify “friction” points that may affect the ability to train it.
Aid the team in the development of a New Equipment Training (NET) strategy and the creation of a NET-Plan
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Technical field required.
Ten (10) years of direct experience in development of training for Military Intelligence systems IAW AR 350-1 and TRADOC Regulations 350-70.
Minimum of ten (10) years direct and demonstrable experience with updating Army Systems Approach to Training (ASAT) and other Army training databases.
An additional ten (10 (total of 20)) years of experience may substitute for education.
Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in developing intelligence products at various echelons.
Experience in validation and verification of training support packages (TSP).
Must have an Active Top Secret/SCI US Government Clearance.
Please note US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance
