The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, make criticall decisions, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
We seek the right fit for RN with strong clinical skills to provide hospital case management services, including but not limited to utilization management, discharging planning, infection prevention and occasional Med/Surg and ER duties.
We are willing to train the right individual with demonstrated leadership potential.
Current, associate degree in nursing, required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Current, unrestricted State licensed in Arizona,
Current BLS/CPR, ACLS Certification (Certified by American Heart Association Only) and PALS within 30 days of hire
Working experience as an acute care registered nurse or areas of hospital direct patient care in Med/Surg or Emergency Department.
Salaried / Exempt Position
Position is subject to on call and requires collaborative rotation for weekend/after-hours call in nursing units, in NCCH administration and shift coverage.
