*POSITION SUMMARY:* We are looking for a full-time customer service-oriented Delivery Driver helper.
As a Delivery Driver helper, you will drive an 8 Bay or 10 Bay truck throughout an established route to deliver products to customers.
Duties include restocking and rotating our products while putting away delivery loads at assigned accounts, establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts, resolve service complaints and special customer requests.
*\**This position is based out of _*Bisbee, Arizona*_ and supports customers in Cochise County.
*\** *Position responsibilities: * Include the following: Position would be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting product from the warehouse to various customers scheduled on your route.
Must be able to properly unload product via ramp and dolly.
Work is medium to heavy in nature.
Must be able to climb into trailer, lift 50 lb.
boxes frequently, lift up to 165 lb.
occasionally, and move product on the 2 –wheeler.
Routes are local.
Must work with electric pallet rider and/or forklift.
This is accomplished by performing the following duties.
*DUTIES:* · Schedule (Mon-Fri) – _*Home every evening*_ · Performs a pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection as required by AZDOT.
· Verifies product load-out prior to leaving warehouse, then drives to deliver product to customer’s, makes changes to invoices, if necessary, records transactions on customer receipt and obtains customer signature on receipt acknowledging pickup or delivery.
· Ensures all checks from accounts and keeps monies received in a safe, secure place.
· Work with Salesmen to service accounts; greet customers, refill/rebuild back stock, shelves and displays, prefill and build displays for weekly ad set-up.
· Places product in the appropriate place at each account, picks up empty containers/kegs or beer as instructed or required as part of the daily delivery procedure.
· Ensures rotation of back stock and displays during delivery.
· Listen to and resolve customer complaints.
· Maintain safe attitude and behavior at all times.
· Safely transports product from the warehouse to the customer(s) and ensures product is delivered on a timely basis.
· Maintain an adequate level of fuel in the vehicle.
Report any equipment discrepancies to the manager for immediate action.
· Must follow all Southern Arizona Distributing Processes to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
· Unload product according to customer(s) specifications.
· Ensures all invoices are turned in daily and any adjustments are completed correctly.
Reports all damages and shortages promptly.
Good math skills are essential to this position.
· Ensure all vehicle equipment maintenance reports are properly verified and completed for all pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
