Responsibilities & Qualifications:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain Power Platform Apps, Azure Web Apps and Mobile applications.
Developing unit tests for project source code.
Assist in maintaining the corporate website.
Develop and maintain scripts for monitoring, updating, patching, troubleshooting, and optimizing laptops and systems.
Develop automation to assist the security team with monitoring and responding to incidents and alerts from Microsoft 365 and Azure Sentinel.
Assist developing and maintaining DevOps pipelines.
Collaborating with (getting help from or providing help to) subject matter experts on the IT team.
Assisting with development and documentation of new and existing policies, procedures and processes for IT systems and workflows, track issues via ticketing system.
Assist in maintaining inventories of TekSynap IT Assets.
Adhere to TekSynap’s Secure Development policies and procedures.
Generate various reports as required.
Support organizational design and definition of change roles and responsibilities.
Support communication efforts across the organization.
Periodically engage vendor support personnel to achieve fixes for complex problems.
Create and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Configuring, maintaining and updating images to laptops.
Monitoring, updating, patching, troubleshooting and optimizing laptop and systems.
Maintaining local server room, network and infrastructure.
Remote monitoring, troubleshooting, patching/maintenance of offsite datacenter assets.
Assist with facilities access, operations, and IT support.
Lead projects and implementations using assigned resources.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Mid-level knowledge of the Windows, Git and Linux command lines.
Mid-level knowledge of cloud concepts: Azure Active Directory, Group management, Microsoft 365 Admin Portal configurations, Cloud Security, SharePoint file/folder/share permissions etc.
Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, Node.
js, Python, C#, C++, HTML, CSS.
Experience developing unit test.
Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Entry to Mid-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Development concepts: Azure DevOps (Azure App Service, Azure Data Factory, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure SQL), Microsoft Graph API, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), SharePoint Online development.
Knowledge of development best practices and procedures.
Excellent communication skills to include patience, tenacity and follow-through in tracking, troubleshooting and bringing to resolution internal customer support requests Ability to explain computer concepts/procedures/policies to non-technical internal customers; collaborate and coordinate with members of other teams to track, isolate and resolve technical issues.
Strong task management skills, including the ability to prioritize, triage, resolve and escalate in an efficient and effective manner.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
