Duties
Perform active operational support to Department of Defense and Geographic Combatant Commander Partner Engagement strategies and priorities within various operational/geographical areas that may range from neutral to hostile.
Assist senior members in performing mission pre-planning, to include studying the geo-political, social, threat, and security climate of the area.
Assist in developing and coordinating ideas and plans related to safe and secure travel to and from the operational area; methods of travel; identification and compilation of the necessary information to support operational requirements.
Assist in the review and evaluation of pre- and post-mission documentation; drawing of conclusions; and writing and dissemination of after-action summaries to the requisite parties.
Provide input to senior members of the team on what mission information is appropriate and beneficial for integration into lessons-learned training, and how to present identified real-world scenarios in the most efficient, effective way possible.
Present and conduct HUMINT-related operational integration and standardization activities to select bilateral or multilateral personnel in support of Department of Defense engagement priorities.
Prepare lesson plans, training support materials, and tests.
Deliver approved HUMINT-related skills familiarization to select partner personnel, and provide counseling to improve performance.
Develop plans and milestones for the analysis, design and development of bilateral or multilateral engagement events.
Develop and revise training products and Programs of Instruction (POIs); provide training expertise to support the development and conduct of training and provide training assistance on course design and training support materials and tests.
Direct or initiate special project efforts, coordinate and chair working groups and decision meetings to handle and resolve issues related to course analysis and crosswalks tasks among MOS and skill levels and ensure necessary training integration.
