Job Description Computer World Services, Corporation (CWS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Administrator to provide comprehensive systems of systems administration support for the current Continental United States (CONUS), Outside of Continental United States (OCONUS), Korea, Japan, European, Southwest Asia, and Pacific Theater architectures.
The Systems Administrator will work with a team to provide support on a 24/7/365 basis to ensure the Army Enterprise systems of systems operate efficiently, securely, and effectively.
The candidate will be responsible for server administration, network configuration, virtualization, and various other technical tasks in collaboration with our team.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities • Provide systems of systems administration support for the Army Enterprise across multiple geographic locations, including Fort Huachuca and various worldwide sites as required.
• Offer technical advice and support services for system planning, validation, implementation, and management based on government-determined priorities.
• Keep the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) informed of any cost, schedule, or performance impacts as they occur.
• Configure server hardware and OS software, install new software, and maintain server environments, including Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and other operating systems.
• Manage Active Directory, Domain Name System (DNS), and Database Administration.
• Utilize OS imaging and virtualization software for system maintenance and updates.
• Demonstrate expertise in Layer-2 and Layer-3 switching technologies and work with Management Systems and Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP).
• Develop and maintain system documentation and process documentation.
• Implement Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and CAC/Token integration.
• Manage VMware vSphere, vCenter Server, and VMware vSphere Storage Appliance (VSA) systems.
• Ensure compliance with Army and DoD Information Management and Security processes and procedures.
• Configure and maintain routing, including Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) topology, layer 3 routing, and VLANs.
• Manage Storage Area Network (SAN) technologies, including Fibre channel, iSCSI, and NFS.
• Oversee Out of Band Management (OOBM) processes.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IdAM) and Identity Synchronization Service (IdSS)/IdSS Machine Interface (IdMI).
• Demonstrate expertise in Cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework (RMF) with knowledge of the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).
• Utilize Microsoft Office, MS 365, Project, and Visio for documentation and reporting.
• Analyze, evaluate, integrate, test, and document systems.
• Manage large-scale applications of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) in high availability clustering environments.
• Maintain Remedy Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and hold current Certification in BMC Remedy Administrator or Developer 7.

• Expertise in BMC Remedy ITSM version 7.
x including BMC Remedy Service Desk, Change Management, and Asset Management modules.
• Prepare documents compiling technical expertise and knowledge for government approval.
• Update operational and technical Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) based on lessons learned.
• Address technical questions concerning enterprise solutions in tactical environments, virtual environments, and closed networks.
• Support Army Enterprise architectures, including security software, Dell One Identity Manager, Firewalls, Remote Access, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network security capabilities.
• Provide assistance with security applications and systems of systems administration support in CONUS and OCONUS.
• Participate in enterprise systems of systems and applications testing and support in a Laboratory environment.
Job Requirements: Education & Experience • Senior: BA /BS with 12+ yrs.
experience, Intermediate: AA with 7+ yrs.
Experience • Systems of systems administrator expertise, knowledge, skills, and certifications.
• Expertise in Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, and Database Administration.
• Experience with virtualization software, switching technologies, and SNMP.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and CAC/Token integration experience.
• Knowledge of Army or DoD Information Management and Security processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with routing, Storage Area Network (SAN), and Out of Band Management.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IdAM) and Cybersecurity.
• Experience in systems analysis, evaluation, integration, testing, and documentation.
Certifications Senior & Intermediate Level • IAT Level III Baseline Certification: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, or CCSP • Operating System Certification: Microsoft Windows Server (>=2016) -or- Linux (Red Hat Enterprise) • BMC Remedy ITSM certification.
[Certification in BMC Remedy Administrator or Developer 7.
x or greater] • Microsoft Database administration certification.
Security Clearance • Senior & Intermediate Level: Top Secret/SCI clearance (Tier 5 Required) • US Citizen Other (Travel, Work Environment, Administrative Notes, etc.
) • Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations to meet mission requirements and undergo training maybe required.
The support outside Fort Huachuca, AZ including OCONUS if required, will be designated as TDY.
