NetCE uses a rigorous peer review process to ensure that all activities and content are up-to-date.
This service streamlines continuing education for all NaphCare Employees to meet state specific requirements for maintaining licensing.
Position Description:
High School diploma or GED certificate with one (1) year clerical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Minimum two (2) years college preferred
Receive and route visitors and inquiries and issues to the appropriate staff
Use Microsoft Office
Transmit correspondence and medical records via mail, email or fax
Perform various clerical and administrative functions, including ordering and maintaining an inventory of supplies
Perform bookkeeping duties, such as preparation of expense reports and maintaining petty cash and receipts
Assist the HSA and DON with recruiting efforts, credentialing, scheduling interviews, and processing new hire documentation
Utilization management to include processing offsite referrals, appointments, patient registrations and transport requests
